Frank’s background in Information Technology gives him a sophisticated grasp on even the most difficult of problems in a digital world, but his real passion comes from applying that knowledge to building computer applications, system integration and support. He has developed our Manumatic Data Entry System (MDES) using Microsoft .NET.
