The SmartFactory Solution is a non-invasive retrofit system that captures your process data in real-time, giving actionable intelligence to optimise operational performance. Our team have developed a robust and well-engineered solution that converges manufacturing 4.0 and lean digitalisation, driving efficiency through innovation and bridging the IT/OT convergence in manufacturing.
Even at this early stage, this new technology has seen a positive market response and we are already working with a number of market leading brands. Most recently, we have been appointed a Siemens and Turck Banner Distribution partner for the digital factory.

New product release: SmartFactory are delighted to announce the launch our Siemens MES range of mobile and fixed data entry stations with various screen options and full keyboard options IP65-IP69K in Q1 2017. Our engineering designs are suitable for use in Lifesciences, Food & Beverage industry. These products are designed to cleanroom and wash down area specifications images below.
